We deliver across India. Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,999; below that it is ₹99. Most orders arrive in 5 to 8 days, and made-to-order pieces show their own dispatch time.

Craft pieces can be returned unused within 7 days of delivery. Food cannot be returned, for safety, unless it arrives damaged.

We do not ship outside India yet.

Your order confirmation and dispatch emails include a tracking link from the courier. Use it to follow your parcel to your door.

Is everything really handmade?

Yes. Each piece is made by the maker named on its page, in the place and tradition it names. Where a craft has a Geographical Indication tag, we show it.

Why do handmade pieces vary?

Hand-dyed colours, hand-thrown shapes and block-printed patterns differ slightly from piece to piece. That is the mark of the hand, not a defect.

Can I order a piece made to order?

Some pieces, like Banarasi sarees, take weeks on the loom. Where a piece is made to order, its page shows the dispatch time.

Do you deliver outside India?

Not yet. International shipping is coming soon.
